Terms and Conditions - Crystal Visual Media YouTube Wedding Live Streaming Services
Booking and Confirmation:
The booking of our YouTube Wedding Live Streaming services is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
Final payment must be settled at least two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Network Quality and Technical Requirements:
Crystal Visual Media endeavors to provide high-quality live streaming on YouTube. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and occasional fluctuations in network quality may occur.
Factors such as venue location, internet connectivity, and external network conditions are beyond our control and may affect the streaming quality.
Frame Drop and Technical Issues:
While we strive to minimize the chances of frame drops and technical issues, unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Crystal Visual Media is not liable for any disruptions caused by external factors, including but not limited to, internet outages, power failures, or issues with YouTube's platform.
There is always a delay of up to 30 seconds or more depending on the network quality which is normal.
Location of Wedding:
The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the location of the wedding.
Crystal Visual Media must be informed of any changes to the wedding venue at least 14 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute venue changes.
Privacy and Permissions:
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and approvals for live streaming at the chosen wedding venue.
Crystal Visual Media is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the failure to obtain proper permissions.
Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the wedding date will incur the full agreed-upon service fee.
Postponement:
In case of a wedding date postponement, Crystal Visual Media will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
If the rescheduled date is unavailable, the terms of the original agreement will apply.
Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing adequate power sources and a secure location for equipment setup.
Crystal Visual Media reserves the right to refuse service if the venue conditions are deemed unsafe or if the client fails to meet these responsibilities.
Media Rights:
Crystal Visual Media retains the right to use captured images and footage for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
Force Majeure:
Crystal Visual Media is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.
By engaging Crystal Visual Media's YouTube Wedding Live Streaming services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any amendments or additions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
